IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
Yes, there is a minimum for any delivery orders, please contact O&H Jumpers to see if your order qualifies for delivery.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You may place an order over the phone by calling us at 323-223-0997 or come in person to our location during business hours, please call ahead to ensure someone will be at the location as we sometimes have to all step out to help set up for events etc.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Rentals, are for day rental, overnight fees may apply. Please check with O&H Jumpers Rental Specialists to find out if any additional fees would apply for overnight rentals.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
As soon as possible! You may reserve with as little as $30.00 deposit or 10% of your order which ever is greater. We can not guarantee availability of the items or delivery timeframes until we receive a deposit.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Any customized orders will not receive any refunds, additional fees may apply depending on the orders if we are able to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your events needs, but can not guarantee that we will be able to make changes.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
Please call us at 323-223-0997 if you should have any issues with any of our rentals. Please leave a message if we do not answer as our messages get forwarded and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
A deposit is required to hold any reservation. We will not set up any reservation without a deposit, remaining balance is to be paid upon or prior to delivery. Cash or credit card payment accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
